At Zeitora, we are committed to delivering premium watches and complete customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work to make it right.


📦 Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


Return/Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be returned in original packaging (watch box, tags, manuals, and warranty card)

  • No scratches, dents, or signs of wear

  • Must include proof of purchase (invoice or order number)


🛠️ Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Received the wrong product

  • Defective or damaged item on arrival

  • Watch not working upon delivery

Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind or minor color differences due to screen settings.


🔄 Exchange Process

  • Exchange is allowed for the same product or another of equal value

  • If the new product is higher in value, the price difference must be paid

  • Exchange is subject to product availability


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are made via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved watches

  • Items bought on sale or clearance

  • Used or damaged products

  • Missing packaging or accessories
