You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Return/Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in original condition

The product must be returned in original packaging (watch box, tags, manuals, and warranty card)

No scratches, dents, or signs of wear

Must include proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind or minor color differences due to screen settings.
🔄 Exchange Process

Exchange is allowed for the same product or another of equal value

If the new product is higher in value, the price difference must be paid

Exchange is subject to product availability

Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
